In Kerala known as God’s own country, one can find your ayurvedic home-stay placed in the midst of coconut palms and tropical forest.We are located in the peaceful andscenic village of Thanneermukkom, Kerala. All treatments are purely based on the ayurvedic and traditional medicinal formulas passed through 5 generations by renowned Ayurvedic practitioners.
Ayurvedic treatments focusses on detoxification of the body system through shodhana karma or Panchakarma. Panchakarma is way of cleansing the body as per Ayurveda. Panchakarma eliminates the accumulated Doshas in the body through a set of procedures . They are Vamana, Virechana, Vasthi, Nasya and Rakthamoksha. Before starting Panchakarma treatments one has to go through Poorvakarma which includes oleation and sudation.
