Nikki’s Nest, A Seaside Ayurveda Ashram as our name suggests, is a cozy sea-side Ayurveda resort situated at an ancient fishing village, just 20 kilometers away from the International airport at Thiruvananthapuram. We have been in Ayurveda health and wellness tourism since 1996, with the ultimate aim of promoting good health . Nikki’s Nest provides 47 rooms under 5 categories, two restaurants which serve vegetarian and seafood, a yoga floor, spacious sun deck , swimming pool ,beauty parlor, gift corner and a library.
Our team of physicians is dedicated to health and wellbeing in the field of Ayurveda, for the past 19-26 years. With a good backup of 25 well experienced therapists, 17 treatment rooms, Ayurveda kitchen, and Yoga. We offer the best quality for our guests in Ayurveda treatment , we produce our own Ayurveda oils and treatment medicines at our Duke’s Forest Lodge, under the supervision of our doctors. We ensure all our oils and powders are made from herbs, roots which are picked fresh from our plantation. Knowing the dangers , risks associated with minerals & metals, Kerala doctors believe in the power of herbs and roots.
Nikki’s Nest, A Seaside Ayurveda Ashram we practice both the Panchakarma and Samana form of therapies depending on dosha’s , body conditions, capacity or strength of a guest, as per client’s requirement and doctors recommendations.
