Ayurveda Hospital Attached To Bharati Vidyapeeth Ayurved & Hospital, Dhankawadi, Pune is a component of Ayurved College. It was found on 16th August 1990. It is a 200 bedded hospital close to the college building in the green campus of Bharati Vidyapeeth Educational complex. It is spread over 5886 sq. mtrs.It is a well ventilated building, having basic amenities like stretcher lifts, Casualty, OPD, IPD, Pathology laboratory, Panchkarma unit, operation theaters, labour rooms. Physicians working here are interconnected by LAN facility which is an integral part of the hospital.

The 200 beds of the hospital has 8 departments Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalyatantra, Shalakyatantra, Prasuti Tantra & Stri rog, Kaumarbhritya Tantra, Agadtantra, Swasthavritta. All IPDs are equipped with Ayurvedic and latest advanced devices and instruments which helps in smooth functioning and complete patient care.Panchakarma is the only field the whole world looks at with interest. Panchakarma means a special kind of treatment mentioned in Ayurvedic classics for prevention as well as cure. Patients suffering from various diseases are treated here by scientific administration of Panchakarma. Promising results are obtained in Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis and skin disorders especially in Psoriasis.
