Ayurveda resort Vattersgarden is a Panchakarma resort run by family in a peaceful environment away from busy city.Three Ayurveda doctors treat the guests in 13 rooms.We follow the texts of Ceylon Ayurveda based on the traditional Vedic science. The treatment schedule and diet is planned as per the instruction of Ayurvedic doctor and reactions,feedback from the patient on the treatments.We offer the following treatment like Panchakarma – Abhyanga treatment, Katibasti treatment, Svedana treatment etc.
We provide satvik lunch , dinner, Ayurvedic drinks as per your body constitution .There are one hundred and fifty coconut palms in a large hotel complex.Ayurveda resort helps you balance your mind,body and soul to obtain the effect of prevention and healing. About 80% of the population uses this state’s widely accepted health system.The Vattersgarden Kottegoda Resort is nestled together with a Buddhist village temple by the lagoon and the sea.The Buddhist village community and more than 50 employees are attractive again for guests .
The rooms have a terrace or balcony,indoor, outdoor seating and the large bed with a mosquito net.The treatments are administered in the Ayurveda cabanas built from native materials and passed down for thousands of years.Ayurveda center is made of Natural stone, radiation-inhibiting clay, Illyuk roof and tropical wood.
